General information
The Azimut Yachts App is specifically created for Yacht Owners. Thanks to its advanced features and innovative services, it simplifies onboard management and revolutionizes the navigation experience.
Yes, the App is available for download on the Apple Store and Google Play Store and can be installed for free on Android and iOS devices.
Access and Registration
Registration is reserved for Azimut Yachts customers who own (at least) a yacht.
While registration for the Azimut Yachts App is exclusively reserved for Yacht Owners, access can also be granted to other Users. Once registered, the Owner can allow access to other users through the “Guests” section, assigning the role of Captain or Guest. The role of Captain grants full access to all the App’s features, just like the owner, while Guests can only access the Home automation section (if available).
After downloading the App, registration is required to log in for the first time. Simply click on ‘Register Now’ and fill out the form with your personal details. Once completed, select ‘Submit Registration’ to finalize the process. Once the registration request is approved by the Azimut App Team, the Owner will receive an email with a link to create a password for App access. The username is the email address provided in the registration request.
During the registration process, one of the required information is the HIN Yacht. The HIN (Hull Identification Number) is a unique, permanent alphanumeric identifier consisting of twelve or fourteen characters, assigned to all Azimut yachts. The metal plate displaying the HIN is affixed to the hull in the stern area and is also found in the yacht’s main documents and sales invoices. Providing the correct HIN during registration is essential for the Azimut App Team to activate the Owner’s profile on the App.
To reset your password, click on Login and then select ‘Forgot password?’.
Yes, the password can be changed at any time by accessing the Profile section of the App < Settings.
If the yacht is sold, the Azimut App Team will deactivate the previous Owner’s account and then activate the new Owner’s account. It is important to inform Azimut in a timely manner of any change of ownership.

In case of need, both the Owner and the Captain can contact the Dealer by creating a new Owner Ticket in the After Sales section. It is possible to attach photos and videos to facilitate a quicker understanding and resolution of the issue.
No, it is not mandatory. The Owner (or Captain) can freely choose which Azimut Dealer to address their Owner Ticket to. You can select any Azimut Dealer worldwide from the list or use the geolocation feature to find the nearest Dealer to the yacht.
Yes, after the resolution and closure of an Owner Ticket, you can leave a rating from 1 to 5 stars and, if you wish, add a comment to share your experience.
In the Manuals section, the Owner’s manual is available in PDF format. For some models, an interactive version is also available, offering faster and more intuitive access to the information. Alternatively, you can use the Smart Manuals feature: just type the name of a component or a full question, and the search engine will automatically display all relevant information found in the manuals.
Home Automation is available only if it was included in the configuration and purchase of the yacht. If not, it will not be possible to use the related App functionality or invite virtual Guests on board; only Captains can be invited.
Support and Assistance
The App is compatible with all Azimut models equipped with an HIN.
Some features are also available offline (such as viewing manuals once they are downloaded to your mobile device), but others require an active connection.
You can update the App directly from the store (Google Play or App Store) to access the latest features and improvements.
The App is currently available in five languages: English, Italian, French, German, and Spanish.
Security and Privacy
Azimut Yachts adopts advanced security protocols to protect personal data and yacht information. All data is encrypted and handled in compliance with privacy regulations.
Only Owners can access the data of their yacht. Azimut and its Dealers can view certain information only if authorized for technical assistance or maintenance interventions.
The App may use the yacht’s location for certain features, but only with the Owner’s consent.
For Dealers
Access to the App is reserved for Owners, as one of the key requirements to approve the registration of a new user is providing a valid HIN registered in their name. Periodically, informative and training materials will be uploaded to the Dealers Web Lounge and Azimut Academy, which we encourage you to check frequently.
The Azimut App is reserved for Owners, and currently, there is no test version available. Dealers may find it useful to download Power Apps, a Microsoft application that includes Zephyros, to manage their business directly from mobile devices.
Yes, the Dealer receives a notification on Zephyros and an email every time a new Owner Ticket is addressed to them.
Yes, when a Dealer receives an Owner Ticket, they are responsible for resolving it, regardless of the sender.
Yes, you can request support from other Dealers or from the Azimut After Sales Support Team to resolve the Ticket, if necessary.
Yes, Dealers are required to inform Clients about the existence of the App and its promotion. To this end, a letter has been created to be given to the Owner during the Delivery phase, containing the QR code for downloading the App. Additionally, to help promote the App to even our most loyal Clients, Azimut has presented it in its newsletter and on its website.
You can manage Owner Tickets directly on Zephyros, in the Owner Ticket section. For more details, we encourage you to consult the related video course on Azimut Academy, under Courses < Technical < Zephyros.
If there is no need to open a warranty request to Azimut, you can still resolve and close the Owner Ticket by answering the Owner’s questions via chat.
